Competition

The International BarLady Competition created from the need to celebrate the professionalism of women around the world who work in the field of bartending, to highlight, in pink colours, the best that exists in the profession and illuminates, with unusual hues of creativity, technique and innovation, the entire world of the Bartenders.
IBC’s primary goal is to gather BarLadies from all over the world and give them the opportunity to develop their skills, grow in the field of bartending and compete on 3 days, 7 – 8 & 9 March 2025 (International Women’s Day).
The 2nd Edition of the International Barlady Competition will be held in Havana, Cuba, and is a cooperation of IBC with the Cuban Ministry of Tourism and the Cuban Bartenders Association.
